By using this website or communicating with us electronically, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically, and that all agreements, notices and disclosures we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Our products are 3D-printed accessories for existing smart home devices. Product images are for illustration; slight variations in colour and finish may occur due to the nature of 3D printing.

All prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order. An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. By placing an order you confirm that the payment method used is yours.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for details. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

As an EU consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without giving any reason. The period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (for example by email). If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed, using the same means of payment you used. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of return.

You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us, and you bear the direct cost of returning them. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and functioning. Custom or made-to-order items may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, unless faulty. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full procedure.

You are responsible for keeping your password and account information confidential and must not share them. You are responsible for all activity under your account, and must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. After account termination you may not register a new account without our permission.

Where we provide tools such as ratings and reviews, any content you post must be lawful, accurate and must not infringe anyone's rights. We reserve the right to review, remove or reject content at our discretion.

We or our licensors own all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the website and its content, including our product designs and models. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer or commercialise any content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by mandatory law (such as the right to quote).

You agree to use this website only for its intended purposes and in accordance with applicable law. You must not distribute malicious software, carry out automated data collection, or engage in any activity that damages or interferes with the website's performance, availability or security.

The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and may contain inaccuracies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties as to availability, accuracy or completeness, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our products are accessories and must be installed responsibly; we are not liable for damage resulting from improper installation or use.

Except where an additional contract states otherwise, our maximum aggregate liability arising out of the website or products sold through it is limited to the total price you paid for the relevant products or services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Except for payment obligations, neither party is in breach of these Terms for any delay or failure arising from a cause beyond its reasonable control.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses relating to your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may not assign, transfer or sub-contract any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Any purported assignment in violation of this clause is void.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Belgium. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions remain in effect.

These Terms are interpreted in English. Together with our Privacy Statement and Cookie Policy, they constitute the entire agreement between you and KannPrint regarding your use of this website.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top is the latest revision date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
