We want you to be happy with your Kann accessories. This page explains how returns and refunds work.
14-day right of withdrawal
As an EU consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving standard (non-custom) items, without giving a reason.
How to return
To start a return, email info@kannprint.com with your order number. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the item was faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the purchase price — including standard delivery costs — using your original payment method, without undue delay and no later than 14 days. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of return.
Custom & made-to-order items
Products made or printed to your specification are excluded from the right of withdrawal, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
Faulty items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us at info@kannprint.com within a reasonable time and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
