Processing time
Most items are in stock. Orders placed before 22:00 are typically shipped the same day; otherwise within 1–2 business days.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery within Belgium and neighbouring countries is 2–5 business days after dispatch. Other EU destinations may take longer. All times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are a flat rate per destination zone (Belgium and the rest of the EU) and are shown at checkout once you select your country.
Packaging
Your order ships in an upcycled cardboard box with shredded-cardboard filling — part of our commitment to sustainability. Learn more on our “Yes, we KANN” page.
