KannPrint designs and manufactures accessories for existing smart home equipment. Our accessories are created to improve installation, functionality, and visual appearance.
Which brands are your accessories compatible with?
We produce accessories for several smart home ecosystems, including Philips Hue, IKEA Smart Home, and Google Nest. Compatibility is always clearly stated on the product page.
What is included in the package?
Each package contains the relevant accessory and the necessary documentation. Any additional parts or mounting materials are specified per product.
What material are the products made of?
Our products are made from PLA, a biodegradable plastic commonly used for high-quality 3D printing.
Installation & use
How are the products mounted?
The mounting method depends on the product. Detailed installation instructions are always included in the manual.
Is installation easy for non-technical users?
With the provided documentation, installation is generally straightforward. However, professional installation is recommended for maximum safety and accuracy.
Can the product be removed later on?
Yes. Products that require battery replacement or maintenance are designed to be easily removed and reinstalled.

What is the average delivery time?
We aim to ship orders within 24 hours, depending on stock availability.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, and Sweden.
What if my order arrives damaged?

Returns & warranty
Can I return a product?
Yes. The statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days applies.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All our products are covered by the statutory 2-year warranty.
Safety & compatibility
Are the products CE marked?
Each product has an associated safety declaration. This documentation can be requested via our contact details.
Are the products suitable for outdoor use?
No. Our products are made from PLA and are intended for indoor use only. Long-term exposure to outdoor weather conditions may cause damage.
Are there any limitations I should be aware of?
Yes. PLA is sensitive to moisture, heat, and UV exposure and is therefore not suitable for prolonged outdoor use.
